She is the founder and creative director of Chips, one of the few certified hairstylists who is an American Board Certified Hair Colorist (ABCH), and a Paul Mitchell educator with an incredible reputation in the beauty industry.

Rachel is Chips' front desk coordinator, and she will greet you warmly when you arrive. A spirited New Yorker, Rachel juggles a demanding salon schedule, skillfully arranging appointments and tending to our clients' needs, while working very closely with our entire staff to ensure that Chips' clients have a superb experience. A life-long people person, Rachel will take care of your reservation from your first phone call, arrange all facets of your services, and help you schedule your next visit.

Patricia joins us from Pfizer where she was an Administrative Assistant for 18 years. Assisting and guiding Trademark attorneys. Her customer service style is professionals and considerate. She is outgoing and enjoys assisting people.
