She is the founder and creative director of Chips, one of the few certified hairstylists who is an American Board Certified Hair Colorist (ABCH), and a Paul Mitchell educator with an incredible reputation in the beauty industry.

A master of her craft, Onita is always ahead of the latest techniques and hair trends in the industry. With her creative flair and inventive techniques in color, she has fortified an enviable client base, while her appearances at trade shows around the world have industry fans abuzz. All our services are guaranteed 100%! In the event, that you are unsatisfied with your service(s), please contact us within 5 days of your service. We will schedule a consultation appointment to discuss, and/or to correct any issues that you have had with your service(s). Whenever possible, your original service provider will perform your corrective service. Please note that all re-do services must be approved by management and must be scheduled no later than 14 days from the date of the original service. We regret that, in general, we are not able to offer refunds for services rendered.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Salon & Spa prices are subject to change without notice.

Polices

Chips Salon requires a deposit for all extensive color services. All services show a starting price. Hair length, texture and additional services can alter pricing. Please consult your stylist with further questions and pricing.

We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and no shows will be subject to a fee.

While this fee cannot be refunded, for those wishing to reschedule, this fee can be used as the deposit on a future appointment.
